Armen Madatyan

Armen Madatyan has extensive experience in commercial real estate lending, particularly in the SBA 504 program. Armen has served over 1,000 businesses and facilitated over $3 billion in project financing, resulting in the creation and retention of nearly 22,000 jobs. Prior to their current role as a Senior Vice President of Business Development at TMC Financing, Madatyan was a Senior Vice President and SBA 504 Sales Manager at CDC Small Business Finance Corp, where they managed a team responsible for over $2 billion in project financing. Armen also held various positions at Bank of America, ADP, and Enterprise Rent-A-Car earlier in their career.

Armen Madatyan pursued their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Science from 1993 to 1997 at UC San Diego. After a brief break, between 2005 and 2007, they attended the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School to earn their MBA degree in Finance.
