Dean Aloe

Dean Aloe has over 20 years of experience in the banking and finance industry. Dean started their career at Santa Barbara Bank & Trust in 2001, where they served as a Vice President/Relationship Manager, managing a $75 million commercial credit portfolio. Their responsibilities included overseeing loan repayment activities and providing cash flow and asset-based lending services. In 2002, Dean joined First Republic Bank as a Sr. Commercial Lender in the Business Banking Group. Dean managed a $90 million commercial credit portfolio, identifying and pursuing business development opportunities with middle-market clients. Dean then moved to CDC Small Business Finance in 2004 as a Sr. Commercial Lender. Dean played a key role in providing low-interest financing to small business owners as the company's largest CDC. Currently, Dean holds the position of Senior Vice President of Business Development at TMC Financing.
