Wendy Zumpano

Wendy Zumpano is a seasoned senior account manager with extensive experience in client relations and account management across the technology sector. Currently with Technology Management Concepts since February 2023, Wendy manages Dynamics GP and BC clients, guiding legacy clients toward Dynamics 365 Business Central. Prior to this role, Wendy spent several years at Crestwood Associates LLC, where responsibilities included managing client accounts for a leading Microsoft Dynamics partner. Wendy is also the owner and artist at Pencil Portraits & Cards, specializing in lifelike pencil portraits. Previous roles include Director of Client Relations at LANAC Technology, where customer loyalty was cultivated through events and satisfaction audits, and Software Specialist at Hewitt Associates. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Corporate Communications from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
