Ajit Thachireth has a diverse work experience in the field of process automation and controls engineering. AJIT started their career as a Commissioning Engineer at L&T Control and Automation in 2014, where they gained expertise in PLC programming, SCADA systems, and communication protocols. AJIT worked on projects related to oil and gas, material handling, and cement. In 2019, Ajit joined Applied Manufacturing Technologies as a Controls Engineer, where they designed and implemented logic for Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs. AJIT also programmed Fanuc robots for material handling and game playing. Ajit's work involved establishing communication networks and testing devices for proper functionality. Later in 2019, they joined TMEIC as a Process Automation Engineer, where they have been utilizing their skills in process automation.

Ajit Thachireth earned a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering specializing in Controls from Michigan Technological University, completing their studies from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi Missions College of Engineering and Technology, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. AJIT completed their high school education at HOLY MARY CONVENT HIGH SCHOOL, earning an S.S.C degree from 1996 to 2007. Before attending college, they also attended Birla College of Arts Science & Commerce, where they completed their H.S.C in an undisclosed field of study from 2007 to 2009.
