Angelique Flapper

Angelique Flapper serves as the Global Head of Learning, Development & Engagement at TMF Group since April 2019, where responsibilities include leading the TMF Business Academy, focusing on both soft skill and technical training across all TMF markets and supporting functions. Previously, Angelique held the position of Director Program Management Office Engagement, contributing to the PMO Engagement program aimed at enhancing employee engagement through various strategic initiatives. Prior to TMF Group, Angelique undertook a family sabbatical after serving as Vice President/Director of Strategy & Corporate Development at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., and worked as a strategy consultant at Fortis Bank Nederland during a significant company transition. Angelique's extensive educational background includes degrees in Strategy, Neurosciences, History, and Psychology from prestigious institutions such as Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and the University of Groningen.
