Erika Arandia

Erika Arandia has extensive experience in human resources and payroll, currently serving as HR & Payroll Practice Coordinator at TMF Group since January 2021, where previous roles included HR & Payroll Supervisor, Senior HR&P Consultant, and HR & Payroll Associate. Prior to this, Erika held the position of Payroll Specialist at Studio Villa Roveda Associati for a brief period in November 2020 and spent a decade as a Payroll Specialist at Studio di consulenza del lavoro Angela Olivo from 2010 to October 2020. Erika also contributed to the translation of wellness and summer catalogs from German to Italian for Austria Vacanze in 2009. Erika Arandia completed a diploma in Perito Aziendale corrispondente in lingue estere from IIS Fabio Besta and is currently pursuing a degree in Organizzazione e Risorse Umane at Università degli Studi di Milano.
