Lenka Tonkovicova is an accomplished HR and Payroll professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple countries. Currently serving as the Head of HR & Payroll Market Client Delivery in TMF RDC EUROPE at TMF Group since November 2018, Lenka has successfully led HR and Payroll operations in Slovakia and the Czech Republic, focusing on client onboarding and compliance. Previous roles include Manager of Temporary Staffing Division at Synergie, CTO & CPO for Slovakia and the Czech Republic at EDYMAX, and CEO for BEST CARE PFLEGE in several EU countries. Lenka's educational background includes a Master's degree in Law and a Master's degree in Human Resource Management, alongside a Bachelor of Commerce in European Law.
