Mark Roerink

Mark Roerink is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in fund operations and financial management. Currently serving as Director Fund Operations for the International Region at TMF Group since January 2022, Mark previously held various leadership roles at Intertrust Group, including Service Line Director, Director Fund Services, and Associate Director Operations Fund Services, managing sizable teams and overseeing fund administration and related services under AIFMD. Mark has also served as Managing Director at CoFides Financial Partners and Phanos, contributing to financial structures and the management of the financial department. Earlier career highlights include a role as Managing Director at Citco Nederland B.V., overseeing Private Equity and Real Estate business units, and a Financial Controller position at Grove Fund Management Europe B.V., managing accounting and finance for international funds.
