Matias Uhrig

Matias Uhrig is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and management across multiple roles at TMF Group since May 2015. As the Market Head of Operations & Technology and other leadership positions, Matias has developed and implemented operational strategies for business growth, led complex project deliveries, and driven transformation initiatives through automation technologies across 21 countries in South-West Europe and Spanish Latin America. A strong advocate for Lean methodology, Matias has focused on enhancing delivery teams’ capabilities and ensuring compliance with international standards, while continually partnering with IT to innovate service delivery. Prior experience includes various operations and management roles at Jumbo, along with a solid educational background in International Trade and Business Management.
