Vincent Regnault is a seasoned professional in data privacy and legal operations, currently serving as the Group Data Privacy Director and Regional Data Privacy Director for EMEA at TMF Group since October 2018. Responsibilities include incident reporting under GDPR, maintaining registers of processing activities, and advising the management team on data privacy topics. Prior to TMF Group, Vincent held significant roles at The Carlyle Group, VISTRA, PwC, Intertrust Group, Atoz S.A., and Deloitte, focusing on legal, accounting, and tax compliance for private equity and real estate clients.
