Avi Talmor

Avi Talmor is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in functional architecture and project management. Currently serving as a Subject Matter Expert at TM Forum since October 2013, Avi oversees the organization’s core model, Frameworx, and provides support for the Business Process Framework (eTOM) and the Application Framework (TAM). Previous roles include Frameworx Associate Architect and functional architecture specialist at Amdocs, where responsibilities included co-chairing TM Forum’s Application Framework group. Additional experience includes consulting for Sensecom, project management at Morgan Stanley, and technical support at Bankers Trust Company. Avi holds an MS in Telecommunications Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and a BS in Telecommunications Management from the City University of New York.
