James Cadman is currently the Head of Business Operations at TM Forum, bringing with him extensive experience as a Programme Manager at BT where James led various global transformation projects within the Hybrid Cloud and Security sectors for clients such as Rolls Royce, Bupa, and Avis Budget Group. James holds a BA in Business Management from The University of Sheffield.
