Willie Stegmann

Willie Stegmann is an experienced executive in the technology and financial sectors, currently serving as Executive Vice President at TM Forum since October 2025 and as a member of the Board of Advisors for the Ikusasa Student Financial Aid Programme Foundation NPC. Previously, Stegmann held pivotal roles including Director of IT Strategy & Architecture at Vodafone, Group CIO at Vodacom, and various leadership positions at Standard Bank Group. Stegmann also contributed as a Non-Executive Director at Nexio South Africa and BankservAfrica, and as Managing Director at Gijima. Educational qualifications include advanced management programs from MIT Sloan School of Management and the University of Oxford, alongside a Master of Commerce and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Johannesburg.
