Prior to this role, Taylor held various superintendent positions at TMG Construction Corporation from January 2013 to April 2017, and at Ahtna Engineering Services, LLC from March 2011 to December 2013. Taylor's career began with the Wolgast Corporation as General Foreman from October 1999 to April 2005, showcasing a gradual progression in leadership within the construction industry.
