Jeanine Valdez

Jeanine Valdez is the General Manager at TMG Partners. Jeanine has over 17 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.

Jeanine started their career in 1994 as a Property Manager at Cushman & Wakefield. In 1998, they became a Project Manager at Spieker Properties. Jeanine was with RNM Properties from 1999 to 2005 as a Senior Manager. From 2005 to 2008, they were the Project Director at Harvest Properties, Inc. In 2009, they joined CB Richard Ellis as a Senior Real Estate Manager and was with the company until 2011.

Jeanine has been with TMG Partners since 2011 and has been instrumental in leading the company’s growth and expansion. Under their leadership, TMG Partners has become one of the premier real estate development and investment firms in the Bay Area.

Jeanine Valdez reports to Zoa Town, VP, Property & Asset Management. Jeanine Valdez works with Nicole Hamilton - Property Assistant, Irma Flores - Property Manager, and Kathy Pozos - Property Management Accounting Administrator.
