Ken Dupee

Ken Dupee, Managing Director of Development, joined TMG in 1998 and focuses on commercial development. Ken has over 25 years of direct real estate development and construction experience. At TMG he has managed the redevelopment, lease-up and sale of 1.5 million sq. ft. of San Francisco office space. In addition he managed the reconstruction of 225 apartments in Marin. Most recently, he developed two LEED Platinum build-to-suit office projects in San Francisco and Mountain View.

Currently he is working on the design, entitlement and construction of two separate office projects near the Caltrain Stations in San Francisco and San Jose.

Prior to TMG: Ken was a Development Manager at Catellus Development where he built approximately 750,000 sq. ft. of industrial and manufacturing facilities.

Ken holds a Bachelor’s degree from Duke University and a MBA in real estate and finance from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley.
