Anna Frichtel

Anna Frichtel has extensive experience in assisting the Deaf and Hard of Hearing population, currently serving as an Associate Division Manager at Towards Maximum Independence since February 2013, where responsibilities include job development and site skills. Additionally, Anna has contributed to Evolution to Independence since January 2015, focusing on job skills and applications for the same demographic. Following a long tenure at Towards Maximum Independence beginning in February 2004, Anna facilitated job preparation, hiring, training, and communication support. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Manager at Edwards Cinemas from July 1994 to April 2004, where staff training and inventory management were key responsibilities. Anna holds an Associate's degree in American Sign Language from San Diego Mesa College and a High School Diploma from Mira Mesa High School.
