Igor Baryshnikov, CFA, PhD, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in strategy, capital markets, investor relations, and risk management. Currently serving as the Director for Strategy and Capital Markets at TMK since July 2006, Igor has been instrumental in developing business and financial strategies, leading significant capital market transactions including TMK’s IPO and multiple Eurobond deals, and establishing robust investor relations practices. Previous roles include Deputy CFO and Head of Risk Management at Sistema Telecom and Senior Expert in the Risk Management Department at Norilsk Nickel, where Igor focused on risk management and financial operations. Educational achievements include an Executive MBA from Cass Business School, ACCA certification, and a PhD in International Economics and Finance from The Higher School of Economics.
