David Macfarlane has over a decade of work experience in employer branding and talent solutions. David is currently the Head of Employer Brand & Insight at TMP Worldwide UK, where they lead the employer branding and insight function. David is responsible for managing and developing a team across different locations and ensuring that employer branding is central to their solutions. Prior to that, David worked at AMS as an Employer Brand Strategist and Senior Project Specialist, where they delivered solutions to help clients attract, retain, and engage talent. David also has experience at Group GTI, where they had various roles in the Recruiting Solutions business, working with clients such as AB InBev, HSBC, and the Financial Conduct Authority.
David Macfarlane completed a Digital Marketing Leadership Course at Squared Online in 2019. Prior to that, they earned a BA (Hons) in Politics from the University of Leeds from 2007 to 2010. David also attended Marlborough College from 2001 to 2006. David has obtained several additional certifications, including Inclusive Selling, Becoming a Male Ally at Work, Becoming an Ally to All, and Employer Branding on LinkedIn, all from LinkedIn in 2021.
