Roz Hurst

Roz Hurst is an accomplished Strategy Director with extensive experience in the marketing and advertising industry. Currently serving at TMP Worldwide UK since April 2025, Roz has previously held similar strategic leadership roles at House 337 and Partners Andrews Aldridge, as well as ENGINE UK, where strategic direction and planning were key focus areas. Roz's career began at XM London in roles that integrated strategy and programming, progressing through positions at Wunderman Interactive and TMW as a planner and senior planner. Roz holds a degree in Cognitive Science, Computer Science, Psychology, AI, and Philosophy from the University of Exeter, complemented by foundational education at Woldingham School.
