Randall Oveson is an experienced operational and financial executive currently serving as the Director of Finance at Tamarak since 2025. Previously, from 2016 to 2019, they held the roles of General Manager, Director, and Treasurer at Levera Trading Ltd. and Grenada Citizenship Development Ltd., overseeing financial concerns for the development of the Levera Beach Resort. From 2005 to 2013, Oveson worked as CFO/COO for Muscato Group, where they led significant company growth and oversight of financial audits. They also gained experience as Interim CFO for the Park City Fire Service District in 2015 and as General Manager at DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Salt Lake City from 2013 to 2015, where they significantly increased hotel revenue and value. Oveson graduated with an MBA from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Brigham Young University.
