Prashanth Aluru

Prashanth Aluru has extensive experience in the technology and investment sectors. Prashanth is currently the CEO & Co-Founder of TMRW, an Aditya Birla Group Venture. Prior to this, they were a Founding Investor and Board Member at Avataar, a 3D AR/AI start-up. Prashanth has also served as an Angel Investor and Advisor for several startups. Prashanth held the role of Sr. Director (Strategy & Operations), India at Facebook, where they led various business initiatives and investments in start-ups. Prashanth was a Partner at Kalaari Capital, focusing on early-stage technology investments across sectors. Prashanth started their career as a Partner at Bain & Company, specializing in technology, media, and telecommunications. Prashanth also worked at A.T. Kearney, Infosys Consulting, MindTree Consulting, and Intergraph in various managerial and consulting roles.

Prashanth Aluru completed their undergraduate degree in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur in 1997. Prashanth then pursued further education and obtained an MBA degree from the London Business School in 2005, with a focus on Strategic Management, Finance, General Management, and Entrepreneurship. Additionally, they had the opportunity to participate in an international exchange program at the Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, where they studied Management.
