Sushmita Roy

Sushmita Roy has a strong background in human resources and organization development. Sushmita is currently serving as the Head of HR and a founding team member at TMRW House of Brands since February 2023. Prior to this, they held various senior roles at Sony Pictures Networks India from 2012 to 2023, including SVP & Head of HR for different business segments and Network Head of OD and Talent Management. Before that, they worked at Sistema Shyam Teleservices Ltd as an Assistant Director and Head of Human Resources. Sushmita also has experience at Right Management, India and Mahindra and Mahindra.

Sushmita Roy completed their Xth and XIIth grades from Sacred Heart Convent in Jamshedpur between 1995 and 2001. Sushmita then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, from 2001 to 2005. Later, they attended SCMHRD from 2005 to 2007, where they obtained a PGDM degree.
