Kaylena Spies

Kaylena Spies has a diverse work experience in the field of reproductive biology and laboratory management. Their most recent role is as a Director in TMRW Life Sciences, where they oversee the biorepository operations. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Manager in the same company, leading the development team for a new start-up business unit and managing the daily operations of the reproductive tissue biorepository. Before joining TMRW Life Sciences, Kaylena worked as an Embryologist in different organizations, including Eclipse Genetics, SVF Foundation, Blue Sky Fertility, The University of Kansas Health System, and Reproductive Resource Center. In these positions, they gained experience in various laboratory techniques and responsibilities related to assisted reproductive services, cryopreservation, specimen management, regulatory compliance, and quality control. Kaylena also has experience in data analytics and management, as well as customer service.

Kaylena Spies obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Sciences from the University of Arizona, completing their education between 2008 and 2012.
