Lauren Hudes

Lauren has more than 15 years of international business in supply chain, manufacturing and sourcing. She is an impact-driven leader who has extensive strategic planning experience and is passionate about building collaborative teams to successfully scale businesses.

Prior to TMRW, Lauren served as the Head of Global Supply Chain at Leesa Sleep, a B-Corporation disruptor in the direct-to-consumer space. At Leesa Sleep she oversaw product development, logistics, warehousing, procurement, manufacturing, QA/QC, and sourcing in order to scale the business in record time. Her strategy transformed a zero inventory model into a warehousing model that shortened lead times to customers by 90%.

Lauren previously held leadership roles in Retail Manufacturing at Universal Music Group, created a new department as Senior Director of Raw Materials at Ralph Lauren, and tapped into her passion for eyewear to create her own Concierge Eyewear business. Lauren began her career at a New York based footwear agent, where she quickly scaled the business and was promoted multiple times to Vice President of Global Manufacturing and Sourcing.

At TMRW, Lauren is responsible for managing the Global Supply Chain which means she oversees all of the manufacturing, logistics, vendor relations, warehousing, distribution, and cost determinations for TMRW products. Her role combines strategy and action to directly impact our trajectory for growth.
