Mark Joslyn

Mark Joslyn has extensive experience in various technical roles. Mark started their career at SG Controls as a Field Service Technician, where they progressed through different engineering positions and oversaw equipment installation and commissioning. Mark successfully negotiated major contract acceptance certificates with customers, including large deals with companies like 3M and Twentsche.

Mark later joined Inca Digital Printers, where they served as a Customer Support Senior Controls Engineer. Mark closely assisted distributors, production teams, and customers in addressing technical problems and implementing corrective actions. Mark also tested, installed, and commissioned a wide range of wide-format digital printers.

At Inca Digital Printers, Mark also held the positions of Technical Liaison Engineer and Senior 3rd Line Escalation Engineer. As a Technical Liaison Engineer, they conducted performance evaluations, upgraded systems, and maintained accurate KPI reports. Mark provided exceptional customer service and support, meeting long-term client expectations and delivering detailed feedback to senior management. Mark also identified and investigated critical component failures in the field.

As a Senior 3rd Line Escalation Engineer, Mark provided online and telecom support to engineers and distributors, resolving technical problems and debugging systemic issues. Mark resolved a major client equipment issue in North America through onsite inspection and analysis. Mark closely collaborated with the build and protection team, administering quality processes and fostering a positive team working environment.

After Inca Digital Printers, Mark joined SPT Labtech as a Product Specialist. Mark initially worked as a European Support Engineer and was later promoted to the role of Product Specialist. Mark improved product offerings, performed routine maintenance, streamlined manufacturing processes, and supported distributors and 3rd parties. Mark also chaired and attended PQM meetings and commissioned refrigeration systems in the field.

Currently, Mark works at TMRW Life Sciences as a UK Field Service Engineer. Mark supervises installation projects and site surveys in the UK and Europe, acts as a Technical Liaison Engineer to facilitate engineering improvements, and provides support to the sales/marketing team and commercial/industrial customers.

Throughout their career, Mark has consistently demonstrated technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Mark Joslyn has pursued an education in the field of engineering and aerospace studies. Mark had completed the ONC Btec in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, as well as the HNC Btec in the same field at Anglia Ruskin University. Additionally, they have studied Aeronautical Science and Aerospace Studies through a Btec program at Cambridge Regional College. The specific years of study for each program are not provided.
