Stanley Kubasek

Stanley has over 15 years of experience in software development and design. With an expertise in languages from Java to HTML, his interests lie in software architecture, design patterns, and agile and iterative processes. As a team leader, Stanley’s focus has been on growing and promoting talented developers, as well as leading successful projects that run the gamut from frameworks to microservices and big data.

As a senior Software Engineer at martech pioneer Dstillery, Stanley managed a team of developers building a real-time bidding platform which routinely handled 100B+ daily events. He oversaw numerous improvements to the development process that made the system faster, more efficient, and less error prone. Prior to his role at Dstillery, Stanley was a Senior Software Engineer at NBC Universal.

At TMRW, Stanley continues to focus on building software that increases efficiency while reducing errors. In his role, Stanely manages the software development team and works every day to build and perpetually innovate TMRW’s state-of-the-art technology that protects the precious fertility cells used in assisted reproduction.
