Kaitie Richardson has a diverse work experience spanning a range of roles and industries. Kaitie is currently working as a Human Resources Manager at TMRW Sports since June 2023. Prior to this, they served as Manager, Executive Operations (Office of the Founder & CEO) at the same company from January 2023 to June 2023. From October 2022 to January 2023, they held the position of Manager, Administration & Culture at TMRW Sports.

Before joining TMRW Sports, Kaitie worked at Stax Payments as an HRBP & Diversity Lead from September 2022 to October 2022 and as a People Operations & HR Generalist from March 2022 to September 2022.

From May 2019 to March 2022, Kaitie worked at Workforce Logiq as a Human Resources Specialist. Prior to that, they served as an Executive Assistant to the CEO at the same company from August 2015 to May 2019.

Kaitie started their career at Fifth Third Bank as a Corporate Executive Assistant from September 2011 to August 2015. Kaitie then worked at Grand Bohemian Hotel Orlando as an Executive Assistant from August 2009 to April 2011. Kaitie'searly experience includes serving as an Assistant Manager at Abercrombie & Fitch from January 2009 to August 2009.

Kaitie Richardson, aPHR, holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Central Florida, which they obtained from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2006, Kaitie attended the University of Iowa, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration and Management, General, without specifying if they obtained the degree. In addition to their education, Kaitie has acquired certifications in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021, and an Associate Professional in Human Resources® (aPHR®) certification from HRCI in March 2021.
