Eshank Shah possesses a robust background in market structure and business strategy, currently serving at TMX Group since August 2022. Prior to this role, Eshank held various positions at the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, including Manager, where responsibilities included managing the full life cycle of exchange products and collaborating on new business initiatives. Notably, Eshank launched significant commodity platforms and enhanced compliance processes during tenure as Deputy Manager. Earlier, as Assistant Manager at the National Payments Corporation of India, Eshank played a pivotal role in implementing key payment products and facilitating partnerships with leading banks. Eshank holds an MBA in Finance from IBS Hyderabad and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Mumbai.
