John Leung is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business intelligence and data analytics, currently serving as Director of BI and Data Analytics - Finance at TMX Group since August 2023. Prior to this, John held the role of Director of BI and Data Analytics at Manulife for 12 years, where crucial initiatives included developing a comprehensive BI strategy, significantly reducing investment reporting turnaround time, and automating portfolio reporting processes, achieving substantial cost reductions. John's career also encompasses roles at Cast Software, IBM, and Interac Association, where expertise in project management, quality assurance, and system administration was demonstrated. John Leung holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering and an MBA from the University of Toronto.
