Karim Jiwani

Karim Jiwani is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis and Global Technology Services Finance at TMX Group since June 2018, after previously holding the position of Head of Business Unit Finance for the Post-Trade Business. Prior experience includes a decade at The Canadian Depository for Securities Limited (CDS), where Karim Jiwani progressed from Senior Manager Finance to Manager, Revenue and Pricing, achieving notable projects such as the implementation of a new pricing strategy and the development of a valuation model for a significant acquisition. Early career milestones feature a role as Senior Accountant at LoyaltyOne, contributing to financial procedure enhancements, and a leadership position at The Aga Khan University, where Karim Jiwani successfully led a $6 million grant proposal to USAID and implemented an Enterprise Resource Planning software project.
