Katherine Brown

Katherine Brown is currently the Managing Director of Corporate and Securities at TMX Group. Prior to joining TMX, Katherine worked as an Associate at McCarthy Tetrault and as a Comptroller at Calvin Bullock, Ltd. Katherine also held roles as a Senior Internal Auditor at Business Development Bank and as a Senior Accountant at PwC. Katherine holds a LLB and BCL in Law from McGill University, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Public Accountancy in Accounting.
