Lee-Ann Gibbs

Lee-Ann Gibbs possesses extensive legal and strategic experience, currently serving as Director of Commercial Services, Legal & Strategic Projects at TMX Group. Previous roles include Director of Commercial Services and Senior Legal Counsel at the same organization, as well as Legal Counsel at Deloitte and The Globe and Mail (on a contract basis). Lee-Ann is also a founder of the Sisterhood of Survivors at Samrakshak Samuha Nepal (SASANE) and has held the position of Portfolio Manager at LEAP: The Centre for Social Impact. Educational qualifications include an LL.B. from Western University (2004-2007) and a B.Sc. in Chemistry and Environmental Science from the same institution (1993-1996).
