Mimi Dy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Mimi started their career at AGF Investments Inc. as a Senior Analyst and later worked as a Manager of Standards and Procedures. Mimi then moved on to Fidelity Investments, where they held various managerial roles, including Manager of Application Support and Manager of Development for Corporate, Sales & Support Systems. During their time at Fidelity, they successfully implemented a fully integrated workflow solution, increasing productivity in transfer agency processing. Mimi then joined TMX Group, where they held roles such as Senior IT Project Manager, Application Delivery Manager, and Lead of the Project Management Office. In these positions, they delivered various projects, contributed to Agile transformation, and introduced capacity planning processes. Mimi'smost recent role at TMX Group was Head of the Project Management Office. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and delivery skills.

Mimi Dy received their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of the Philippines from 1984 to 1989. In 2009, they obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
