Richard Goodman

Richard Goodman is the current Managing Director of Global Capital Development & Business Transformation at TMX Group, where Richard leads the global capital development strategy for TSX and TSX Venture exchanges. Prior to this role, Richard served as the Managing Partner at RSG Consulting, providing interim executive and advisory services to corporate clients. Additionally, Richard has held positions at Octagon Capital Corporation and M Partners, where Richard generated significant revenue and completed numerous transactions. Richard also has a background in law, having practiced securities law at McMillan LLP. Richard holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Western University, an MBA in Finance from Ivey Business School, and a B.A. in Economics from York University.
