VP Customer Accounts at TN Marketing

Tracy Yates has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Tracy started their career at Whitehall Jewellers in 1991 as an Assistant Manager. In 1993, they joined CenterPoint Energy as a Supervisor of Remittance Processing, where they were responsible for the transition of the BancTec Remittance Processing System to the Wausau Remittance Processing System. Tracy also hired and trained employees and managed scheduling and department goals. Tracy then joined TN Marketing in 2006 as the Director of Customer Service and Remittance Processing. In this role, they served as a Project Manager for various initiatives, including the installation of new software and equipment for the Remittance Processing Department and the replacement of the company's phone system. Recently, in 2021, Tracy was promoted to the role of VP Customer Accounts at TN Marketing.
