Adrián Hernández

Adrián Hernández has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Adrián began their career in 2000 at Eurocopter, where they served as the Manager of Stock & Warranties. Adrián then moved on to Sidel in 2004 and worked as a Field Service Engineer until 2007. In 2008, Adrian became the Field Service Engineer and Installation Coordinator Manager at Sidel, and later became a Trainer for SBO. From 2012 to 2014, they served as the Customer Service Manager at Sidel. In 2014, Adrian joined Sidel do Brasil, where they initially worked as the Customer Care Manager (CCM) for Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay, and later expanded their responsibilities to all of Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay. In 2018, they joined SIDEL DE MEXICO S.A de C.V as the Lead Customer Care Manager - Latin America, overseeing the entire Customer Care Manager team for the LAM region. Currently, they are working at tna solutions Pty Ltd. as the Aftermarket Sales & Service Manager for LAM. Throughout their career, Adrian has demonstrated strong skills in customer care, project management, mechanical engineering, and production efficiency. Adrián has international work experience and is fluent in four languages.

Adrián Hernández attended Liceo Franco Mexicano from 1997 to 2000, where they pursued a degree in BTS MI (Brevet de Technicien Supérieur en Mécanique et Informatique Industrielle) with a specialization in Mechanical Engineering. In 2001, they briefly studied at CREAPOLE, although specific details about their degree or field of study during this period are not provided.
