Alberto D. Duran has extensive experience in sales and market development, particularly in the field of automatic packaging and food processing machinery. Alberto has worked for several companies, including tna - packaging & processing solutions, Bosch Packaging Technology, Alusa Chile S.A., Barry-Wehmiller Companies, Inc, Ferrostaal GmbH, MAN SE, Novaflex, and GRUPO RECAL.

At tna - packaging & processing solutions, Duran served as the Regional Sales Manager, responsible for sales and technical support of automatic packaging and food processing machinery. Alberto covered territories in Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean, and their duties included generating new accounts, maintaining existing ones, opening new opportunities, and providing technical sales support.

At Bosch Packaging Technology, Duran held the position of Mexico Sales Manager, where they focused on sales and market development of automatic packaging machinery. Alberto'sresponsibilities included developing the market, maintaining accounts, and generating and closing sales of equipment.

Duran also served as the HyC Packaging, Mexico Sales Rep at Alusa Chile S.A. In this role, they were responsible for sales of flexible packaging, including premade bags and film, to manufacturing companies in various industries across Mexico.

Before their time at Alusa Chile S.A., Duran worked at Barry-Wehmiller Companies, Inc as the Mexico Sales Manager for HayssenSandiacre. Alberto handled sales and market development of automatic packaging machinery, representing several well-known brands in the industry.

Prior to their roles at Bosch, Alusa Chile S.A., and Barry-Wehmiller Companies, Inc, Duran worked at Ferrostaal GmbH as the MAN Ferrostaal Food Processing & Packaging Machinery Sales Manager. Alberto was responsible for sales and market development of leading original equipment manufacturers for the packaging, food processing, and plastic converting industries.

Before their time at Ferrostaal GmbH, Duran was a Product Manager at MAN Ferrostaal, a subsidiary of MAN SE. Alberto handled sales of advanced technology solutions in Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central America, focusing on B2B industrial equipment sales for the food processing, automatic packaging, and printing sectors.

Additionally, Duran was the Mexico Sales Manager at Novaflex, where they represented converting companies and automatic packaging machinery OEMs. Alberto'sresponsibilities included sales of high barrier laminations, rollstock film, premade bags, and vertical form, fill, and seal baggers to food and consumer goods manufacturing companies.

Duran began their career at GRUPO RECAL as a Quality Control Inspector. Alberto worked on projects related to the manufacturing of steel structures for buildings, including the Torre Mayor, Latin America's tallest skyscraper at the time. Alberto conducted quality control inspections and non-destructive tests.

Throughout their career, Duran has gained expertise in sales, market development, technical sales support, and account management in the packaging and food processing industries.

Alberto D. Duran holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge in areas such as sales strategies, strategic thinking, scaling operations, business strategy, operations management, negotiation, competitive strategy, and effective selling.
