Gustavo obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar, where they studied from 1988 to 1993. From 1995 to 1997, they pursued a Business Administration program at the same university. In 2016, they enrolled in ISDI and completed a Master's degree in Internet Business & Digital transformation in 2017.
