Marianne Dsouza

Marianne Dsouza has a wealth of experience in the field of Human Resources. Marianne most recently served as the Chief People & Culture Officer at tna solutions Pty Ltd. since 2016. Prior to that, they held the position of HR Manager ANZ at Axalta Coating Systems from 2013 to 2016. During this time, they were responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing compensation and benefits systems, and overseeing performance management processes.

Marianne's career in HR started at HSBC, where they served as an HR Manager from 1997 to 2003. In this role, they managed the entire HR function for a workforce of approximately 300 and played a key role in re-designing HR processes to align with the changing business focus.

Marianne also holds a Professional Diploma in HR in the field of Human Resources Management and Services from Deakin University.
