Stephen Phillips is an experienced project manager with a strong background in the FMCG industry, currently working at tna - packaging & processing solutions since March 2016. Previously, Stephen held project management roles at Focused Project Engineering, where significant projects were implemented from concept to production handover, and at Serious Foods Limited, becoming an expert in fruit juice and yoghurt drink processing. Stephen's career includes roles as a maintenance shift leader and prototype technician, as well as a maintenance engineer. Early experience at Impress Metal Packaging provided a foundation through a successful apprenticeship in control engineering.
