Rade Jovišić

Rade Jovišić began their work experience in 2007 as a Customer Care operator at Telekom Srbija. Rade then progressed to the role of Agent in mt:s Backoffice department, where they resolved customer complaints and claims, coordinated cross-functional cooperation, and produced daily and weekly reports. In 2013, they became a Supervisor in the same department, overseeing operations until 2015.

In 2016, Jovišić joined TNation as a QA Tester, working in a multinational team and conducting various software testing tasks. Rade later became the QA Team Lead, responsible for monitoring the software testing process, coordinating cross-functional cooperation, training colleagues, and writing reports.

Rade Jovišić obtained a vocational engineer of electrical and computer engineering / Bachelor in telecommunications degree from the ICT College of Vocational Studies Belgrade from 2013 to 2015. In addition, they attended the Cisco networking academy from 2014 to 2015, focusing on CCNA and Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. Rade also holds the Certified Agile and Scrum master (CASM) certification from Agile Humans, which was obtained in September 2019, and the ISTQB Foundation Level certificate from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board, obtained in December 2018.
