Geoff Werner is currently an advisor at Tnedicca. Geoff has over ten years of experience in global data insights and analytics strategy. Prior to joining Tnedicca, Geoff was the Sr. Director of Marketing Analytics at Nationwide Insurance. In this role, they were responsible for leading the development of actionable business insights by managing and executing complex big-data analytics projects, including the development of predictive models. Geoff also partnered with the technology team to build a scalable best-in-class Hadoop-based Big Data environment to address the growing needs of analytic teams.

During their four years at Nationwide, Geoff also collaborated with cross-functional leaders, participated in analytical strategic planning to develop, implement, and optimize business processes and enable data solutions, drove business intelligence and analytics, and reviewed and analyzed the effectiveness and efficiency of existing data source systems. Geoff also collaborated with finance and data operations teams to define and develop Tableau-based dashboard BI reporting that brought greater visibility on business performance and issue resolution.

Prior to their time at Nationwide, Geoff was the Director of Marketing Analytics at Dun & Bradstreet for two years. In this role, they oversaw the development of Dun & Bradstreet’s marketing analytic capabilities. Geoff also managed a team of analysts who provided insights to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Geoff has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania.

Geoff Werner holds a MS in Industrial Engineering from Wayne State University and a Bachelors in Technology from Acharya Nagarjuna University.
