Allison Campbell has been working in customer service and training operations for over ten years. Allison started their career as a customer service associate at Wawa, Inc. in 2007. In 2013, they moved to Philadelphia Insurance Companies where they worked as a claims examiner until 2021. Allison is currently a training operations specialist at TNG. Allison has a passion for helping others and takes pride in their work. Allison is always looking for ways to improve the customer experience and make sure that everyone has the opportunity to learn and grow.

Allison Campbell works with Michelle Larkin - Senior Training Operations Specialist, Tobi Jones - eLearning Instructional Designer. Allison Campbell reports to Megan Birster, Executive Director, Training Operations.
