Joana Teixeira

Joana Teixeira is an experienced professional in competence development and talent management, currently serving as the Competence Development Manager at TNO-ESI since November 2022, where responsibilities include developing learning programs and supporting management in talent development. Prior to this role, Joana held the position of People and Company Development Manager at IBIS Power, focusing on talent and performance management.
