Carolann Barr

Carolann Barr is an experienced leader in community services and newcomer support, currently serving as the Director of Newcomer Services at TNO - The Neighbourhood Organization since 2018. Previously, Carolann held the position of Program and Development Director at the Centre for Immigrant and Community Services, where efforts focused on aiding newcomers' integration into Canadian society. Prior roles include Director of Employment & Youth Services at the Community MicroSkills Development Centre, Executive Director at Raising the Roof, and Manager at YouthLink Toronto, reflecting a progressive career dedicated to addressing the needs of marginalized communities. Carolann holds an Honours BA in Sociology from the University of Toronto - Victoria University.
