Kathleen O'Gorman has extensive experience in program management and community engagement within the non-profit sector, currently serving as Manager of Family & Wellness at TNO - The Neighbourhood Organization since October 2020, overseeing youth programming and initiatives addressing gender-based violence. Prior roles include managing the Out of the Cold Program at Dixon Hall, where Kathleen coordinated services for over 1,400 homeless individuals and led a diverse team, and serving as Manager of Engagement & Development at Ernestine's Women's Shelter, where Kathleen enhanced community connections and managed significant fundraising initiatives. Additional experience encompasses board governance at Church Isabella Co-op, community program development at Interval House, and international exposure through an internship with the Sonke Gender Justice Network in South Africa. Kathleen holds a BA in Women's Studies from Western University and has completed various trainings related to sexual reproductive health and gender integration.
