Dennis Kersten has extensive experience in IT service delivery, currently serving as an IT Service Delivery Support Specialist at TNO since January 2009. In this role, Dennis manages, monitors, and improves primary IT processes while supporting employees utilizing IT resources and enabling IT solutions for various research and development projects. Prior to TNO, Dennis worked at OGD from October 2006 to December 2009 as an IT Support, Servicedesk, Desktop, and System Engineer, as well as briefly as an IT Support medewerker at Andriessen en Partners in 2009. Dennis holds multiple certifications and degrees from institutions such as Fontys Hogescholen and Global Knowledge, including the Microsoft Operations Framework 4.0, Business Information Management, and various ITIL and Microsoft certifications.
