Eric Kossen is a seasoned Senior Process Engineer with extensive experience in the solar cell industry. Since April 2018, Eric has been contributing to TNO, leading commercial projects and enhancing solar cell production processes, while also serving as a knowledge partner for colleagues and clients. Prior to TNO, Eric spent over two decades at ECN, specializing in technology transfer, training, and production process improvements for solar technologies. Eric's career initiated at AMOLF, providing technical support to Ph.D. candidates, and included roles at Marine Elektronisch en Optisch Bedrijf and Siemens, focusing on maintenance and repair of optical and telecommunications equipment.
