Erik van Beekum

Erik van Beekum is an experienced project manager at TNO since May 2016, specializing in the Nano Instrumentation department. Key projects include managing EUV Optics Lifetime R&D initiatives for the semiconductor industry and the ITER ETS plasma cleaning system development. As AIT manager for the Sentinel 5 program, Erik oversees the assembly, integration, and testing of the UV1 spectrometer, including the management of related ground support equipment development. Prior to TNO, Erik served as an engineer at Science [&] Technology and ASML, focusing on application design and optics lifetime testing. Erik holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Physics from Eindhoven University of Technology and has furthered education with experience at the University of Sydney.
